Subject: Announcement of Dormitory Application Procedures for Students Advancing from Sophomore to Junior Year (AY 115)

Description:

I. Eligible Applicants

Students advancing from the second year to the third year in Academic Year 115.

II. Accommodation Period

From: June 1, Year 115, 08:00
To: September 4, Year 115, 16:00

(The move-out time may be adjusted in accordance with the university academic calendar.)

(I) Students Advancing from Sophomore to Junior Year in AY 115

1. Men’s Dormitory
   Students will temporarily remain in their original rooms.
   (Students who are dormitory committee members currently residing in Dormitory 5 must first relocate to Dormitory 3.)
   After Dormitory 1 completes maintenance and cleaning, some students will be arranged to move in with priority; the remaining students will relocate once other dormitories are fully prepared.
   All students must complete move-out procedures by 16:00 on September 4 at the end of the term.
2. Women’s Dormitory
   Students will temporarily remain in their original rooms.
   After the vacant rooms on the 4th and 5th floors of Dormitory 6 complete maintenance and cleaning, students will then be relocated.
   If a student needs to go abroad during the dormitory relocation period for personal reasons, please pack personal belongings properly and place them in the designated temporary storage area within the dormitory to facilitate subsequent cleaning and maintenance work.
   All students must complete move-out procedures by 16:00 on September 4 at the end of the term.

The above move-in and move-out times and room arrangements will be adjusted by the responsible unit based on the progress of summer dormitory cleaning and maintenance.
Each dormitory will provide advance notice three days prior to relocation.

III. Dormitory Application Schedule

(I) Student Dormitory Online Selection System

1. Phase 1 – Dormitory Registration
   System Open Period:
   April 22, Year 115, 15:00 to April 27, Year 115, 11:00
   (Late applications will not be accepted.)
2. Lottery Drawing and Result Inquiry:
   April 27, Year 115, 12:00
3. Phase 2 – Bed Registration
   System Open Period:
   April 27, Year 115, 13:00 to May 4, Year 115, 12:00
   (Students are advised to complete registration as early as possible once the system opens.)

(II) Dormitory Bed Assignment Announcement Date:

May 28, Year 115

IV.

For current dormitory residents of the Junior-Year Overseas Special Program, room and roommate assignments will be uniformly arranged by the university after the start of the semester in September of Academic Year 115.
