Procedures for Applying for Summer Dormitory Accommodation for Students in Summer 2026 Due to Campus Administrative Work, Course Advancement, Summer Courses, or Undergraduate Overseas Special Programs


I. Application Stages and Procedures

(2) Accommodation Period

  1. [Administrative Work] / [Course Advancement] / [Summer Courses]
    From 08:00 on June 1, 2026 to 16:00 on August 28, 2026.
  2. [Undergraduate Overseas Program Students]
    From 08:00 on June 1, 2026 to September 4, 2026.
    • Students who do not continue staying after the semester begins must complete dormitory check-out by 16:00 on September 4.
    • Students who continue staying into the semester may remain in the dormitory after the semester starts.

(3) Accommodation Locations

  • Male students: Dormitories I to IV
  • Female students: Dormitory VI

(4) Application Categories / Fees / Deadlines

  1. [Administrative Work] / [Course Advancement]
    Applications must be approved through official documentation by the responsible administrative unit, course coordinator, or supervising instructor after confirmation of summer course enrollment.
    • The approval document must specify check-in and check-out dates and include relevant supporting documents for the course or administrative work.
  2. [Summer Courses]
    • Applications must be submitted to the Student Assistance Division by Friday, June 26.
    • Applicants must attach proof of course enrollment and payment receipt.
    • The accommodation period is June 28 to August 28 only.
    • Students enrolled in third-year summer courses may stay from June 28 to September 4, 16:00.
  3. [Undergraduate Overseas Program Students]
    • Registration must be completed at the Dormitory Supervisor’s Office by May 15.
    • Students without scholarships must complete payment at the Student Assistance Division between May 19 and May 23.
    • Late payments will be regarded as forfeiture of accommodation.

II. Fee Information

  1. [Administrative Work] / [Course Advancement] / [Summer Courses]
    Applicants must provide their accommodation period. Dormitory staff will calculate the fees accordingly.
    • Male dormitories: NT$500 per week
    • Female dormitories: NT$600 per week
  2. [Undergraduate Overseas Program Students]
    • Dormitories I–IV: NT$7,000
    • Dormitory VI: NT$8,400

III. General Regulations

  1. After completing approval procedures or course enrollment, applicants (individuals or units) must, within the specified application period, submit:
    • A group roster or complete the EIP form on site at the Student Assistance Division
    • Relevant approval documents, enrollment confirmations, or admission certificates
      After bed availability is confirmed, the group representative or the individual applicant must obtain a payment slip from the responsible office, complete payment, register for a bed, and check in according to the approved period.
  2. During the summer, dormitories will undergo maintenance and cleaning.
    • Students must cooperate with relocation arrangements as required by maintenance schedules.
    • Detailed relocation schedules will be adjusted based on construction progress.
    • Notices will be issued three days prior to any required relocations.
  3. Summer Check-out Regulations
    • Students who fail roll call three times or accumulate more than ten days of leave during the summer will be required to check out in accordance with regulations, with no objections accepted.
    • For overseas students returning home during summer, the return period will not be counted toward leave limits; however, rooms must be fully cleared, and luggage must be packed and stored in designated areas.
  4. Luggage storage is not available for any category of summer accommodation.
