Notice on the Application Process for Sophomore Dormitories for the 115 Academic Year

Details:

1. Eligibility

Students entering their sophomore year in the 115 academic year (currently first-year students).

Students already admitted to the Dormitory Committee do not need to apply; their rooms will be assigned directly by the university.

2. Dormitory Application Schedule

(1) Online Dormitory Application System

1. Phase 1 — Accommodation Registration

System open: April 8, 115 (2026), 08:00

System closes: April 13, 115 (2026), 11:00

(Registration will not be accepted after the deadline.)

2. System Lottery & Result Inquiry

Lottery time: April 13, 115 (2026), 12:00

(The lottery is only part of the system process. Since rising sophomores are guaranteed housing, the lottery result does NOT affect housing eligibility.)

3. Phase 2 — Bed Assignment Registration

System open: April 13, 115 (2026), 13:00

System closes: April 20, 115 (2026), 12:00

(2) Dormitory Room & Bed Assignment Announcement

To be published on the Student Affairs Office website before the start of the 115 academic year in September.
