Closure of Student Dormitories During the 2024–2025 Winter Break and Dates for Return Check-in

Explanation:

This announcement is made in accordance with the 2024–2025 academic year calendar of the university.

The winter break dormitory closure and return check-in schedule are as follows:

(1) Undergraduate and Graduate Students

Move-out Deadline:

Before 4:00 PM on February 8, 2026.

(Students who move out earlier on or before February 5 must follow the leave request procedure.)

Dormitory Closure Period:

From February 9 to February 20, 2026.

Dormitory Reopening / Move-in Time:

Dormitories reopen at 8:00 AM on February 21, 2026.

(Undergraduate evening roll call will be held at 10:30 PM on February 22, 2026.)

(2) International Undergraduate Students

A survey will be conducted to assess winter break housing needs for international students.

During the dormitory closure period, Dormitory 3 (male) and Dormitory 6 – 7th floor (female) will be provided as winter accommodation options.

During the dormitory closure period, water and electricity control measures will be implemented and all entrances will be locked.

Students are not permitted to remain in the dormitories for any reason.

Please plan accordingly in advance.
