Details:

Target Audience: Sophomores advancing to junior year in 2025.

Accommodation Period: From 8:00 AM, June 1, 2025, to 4:00 PM, September 5, 2025. (Move-out time may be adjusted according to the school calendar)

Male Students Advancing to Junior Year in 2025:

From 8:00 AM, June 1 (Sunday) to 10:00 PM, June 3 (Tuesday), move from the current dormitory to Dormitory 5.

From 12:00 PM, July 19 (Saturday) to 10:00 PM, July 20 (Sunday), junior students on the first to third floors of Dormitory 5 move to Dormitory 1. (Floor adjustments may be made based on the number of residents)

From 8:00 AM, August 16 (Saturday) to August 17 (Sunday), remaining junior students in Dormitory 5 move to Dormitory 4.

Complete move-out by 4:00 PM, September 5 (Friday).

Female Students Advancing to Junior Year in 2025:

Initially stay in the current room. Move to Dormitory 6, 4th and 5th floors, after the vacant rooms are repaired (notification will be given one week before the move). Complete move-out by 4:00 PM, September 5 (Friday).

The above move-in and move-out times and room arrangements will be adjusted by the operational unit based on the progress of summer dormitory cleaning and repairs.

First Phase - Accommodation Registration:

System open time: From 8:00 AM, May 2, 2025, to 11:59 PM, May 8, 2025 (no late submissions).

System Lottery and Result Inquiry: May 9, 2025.

Second Phase - Bed Registration:

System open time: From 12:00 PM, May 9, 2025, to 11:59 PM, May 15, 2025.

Dormitory Bed Announcement Date: May 28, 2025.

For current students in the junior international program, rooms and roommates will be arranged by the school after the start of the 2025 academic year in September.
